1. All oral presentations should be in video form.
2. Posters should be in PDF or PowerPoint form.
3. Both videos and posters should be shared by OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox link and sent to us.
4. Participants will be informed about the access to the video conference one week before conference date.
5. We will set the specific conference time according to the time zone of all participants
